In all fairness, coffee beans pass for cold coffee too. Try munching on coffee beans like peanuts (but more than a small handful is maybe (possibly) too much)

Near perfect movie of course. Practically goes without saying. What many people might not have noticed is that in most scenes the lovely people wait for their coffee to cool down. More about this later; the movie must be watched again (it’s been a while).

Flowing from mouths, lips, leaking saucers. Dripping from defunct semi-professional espresso machines, dripping from corners of kitchen bars, over edges of café tables, from coffee-lips to coffee-belly-button. Cold coffee, saves starving child, genesis of household squabble, inception of sexual harassment at the office. Congeals milk, dissolves sugar, changes colour for them like a lover. Connects person to cup, to drain, to sewer, to earth, to sky / sun / breath / person / boy / girl / woman / man. All around there is cold coffee. There is cold coffee in cup holder – dashboard, cinema-seat, car-seat, crane-seat, luxury home-set chair, fold-up camping chair. Warms up on windowsill, in microwave, in mouth, on tongue, oesophagus, digestive tract. There is cold coffee everywhere. Everywhere there is cold coffee.
